Creative Strategy for The City of Calgary's Seniors Services Home Maintenance Program (SSHM)*. 

SSHM provides house cleaning, grass cutting and snow shovelling services to low-income seniors age 65+ in Calgary.

SSHM struggled from lack of awareness and didn't meet the accessibility needs of the audience resulting in inability to access needed services.
